Warley Update

PGA

As you may have seen via our Social Media pages, the second production run of our PGA wagon arrived in early November. These are on sale through our retailers Trains4U and John Dutfield. We have included several new liveries and detail variations in this production run, pictures of which can be found below:

BBA/BLA

We are delighted to showcase the first painted samples of our forthcoming 4mm BBA model. There are a few corrections to be made before production, however we are on the whole very impressed with the samples and excited for production to commence once the corrections have been made. Please see gallery of photos below:

TEA

Cavalex Models are also excited to announce that we have commenced the tooling stage of our 4mm TEA wagon. Further updates will be given in due course, however we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has supported the project so far.

Bardon Hill JGA

The Bardon Hill JGAs are still at the design stage, we’re hoping to be able to provide an update on the design in the new year.

Project 225

We have been blown away by the support so far for our Project 225 and would like to extend our thanks to everyone that has pre-ordered so far. In terms of the project going forward we will provide an update after Warley, in which we will confirm the expected timelines and method of ordering the new liveries announced below. We would like to extend our thanks to LNER in helping with the drawings and allowing us to reproduce models of their fantastic designs.

As for a progress update we are excited to show off the following livery drawings, and announce three new liveries:

91116 (LNER plain livery)

91101 & 82205 (Flying Scotsman LNER livery)

91110 (Battle of Britain livery)

91111 (For the Fallen livery)

MKIV Design update:

We are delighted to show off the following renders of our MK4 coaches. There is still work to be done, however as you can see the vast majority of the CAD design is complete. The coaches will of course come with authentically detailed interiors, which we will showcase once completed. The coaches will also include lighting, flush glazing and the correct tooling variations for each coach.

After the Warley exhibition we will post a further update on the ordering process and provide a further update on the MKIV DVT once the design is complete.

There will be the opportunity to order the full rake at a discounted price, again this will be confirmed post Warley.

3D Printed 91

At Warley we have also shown off a 3D printed version of our 91/1 body, including the buffer beam and pantograph details. Following the show we will be uploading some higher quality images of all of the details. Please see a few shots of the 91 below:

Thanks again to everyone who has supported us so far!
